NEW SEASON: For A Glass Of Clean Water
Sedgley Local History Society's new season of talks begins on Thursday 8th September 2005 at 7:30 pm in St. Andrew’s Church, Bilston Street, Sedgley.
Trevor Genge has culled the archives to tell the story of how clean water was brought to the Black Country. His illustrated talk promises nauseating statistics, bizarre information and humorous anecdotes as the fight to pipe a decent supply into overcrowded communities was undertaken.
